You have to be kidding me?
ScriptBasic is an embeddable scripting API and an interpreter. BaCon is a BASIC to C translator.
BTW: Open source projects don't compete with each other, they support each other.
The cave theory is looking more real by the post.

Dear guys, I think I did it. Here is a screenshot of my first animated sprite demo. Uses very few resources and I think it looks pretty good. The source, 32-bit binary and sprite png are in the archive attached to the next post. Have fun:) I certainly did writing it (and watching it). With kind regards, vovchik Attachments:

Dear guys, Sorry I am going to post a heap of sprite-like animation examples today, but I have them ready, so I will try to upload them in one session. The best ones, unfortunately, I cannot post because they exceed the 1MB upload limit. Ce la vie... There are animations of nature, objects, text, cartoons, photos etc. Usually, the larger the file, the more complex the animation (more frames or a larger size). CPU use is incredibly modest with GOO, so I am pleased, and the frame shifting is very smooth. Using sprites is tantamount to using a large graphic and a keyhole through which it is seen. For simplicity's sake, I have constructed strips that require displacement along the X axis only, although sprite sheets can be used as well. Have fun... With kind regards, vovchik PS. The new animation uploads start with this post. Attachments:
