vovchikpngoverlay.bac is one of your babies! I think that I have the latest version, last modified on November 22, 2018. Attached, gzipped. When attempt to compile with bacon 4.1.1: # bacon -d tmp1 pngoverlay.bac Converting 'pngoverlay.bac'... done, 193 lines were processed in 0.017 seconds. Compiling 'pngoverlay.bac'... cc -c pngoverlay.bac.c
pngoverlay.bac:92:70: error: 'clarray__b2c__string_var__b2c_array' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'clarray__b2c__string_var'?
INFO: see full error report (y/[n])? I have it in my pup-tools package. I did compile it recently with bacon 4.1.0, actually, it was just later than that version, as we were discussing another problem recently, that Peter fixed. That was somewhere late in September. That did compile, so it looks like whatever commits were made just before 4.1.1 got released, has broken the compile. However, that one that did compile, crashed when I tried to run it. Hence, today have tried with 4.1.1. Attachments:pngoverlay.bac.gz (1.64 KB)

Dear Barry, I see the problem - and I get the error, too. If you comment out line 54: DECLARE clarray$ TYPE STRING it works as usual. I shouldn't have declared that up front. My bad. With kind regards, vovchik
