This is something I missed a long long time ago I used to use the ROX file manager and it was easy to do drag n drop I wanted to simulate this on the raspberry pi3 drag n drop to compile a *.bac its not really needed because I use geany but still I wanted to add that feature it should work on any desktop but only tested on the RPI3 1.) just copy it to your desktop 2.)then drag a *.bac file you want to compile on top of the desktop icon and it will compile it in the same folder you dragged from you don't have to type any names or copy and paste something this is only for the real lazy people Joe drag-n-drop.tar.gz (498 B)

same just updated to lxterminal drag-n-drop2.tar.gz (540 B) still use it for quick testing people forget about the hidden power of drag n drop adjust your to your terminal if you are not using the RPI
