All, The latest BaCon version build 27 can be obtained from the BaCon website. Highlights: - Performance improvements
- New commandline parameter to store default settings
- Various bugfixes
Also the source code of the BaCon version of BaCon has been improved. Together with the new performance improvements, compiling BaCon using BaCon now is more than 30% faster. See the list of changes for more details. BaCon releases are made available after testing on several platforms, including MacOSX, Tru64Unix, Solaris, OpenBSD and Linux. Thanks to the BaCon community for submitting bugfixes and for suggesting improvements! Regards Peter

I had to compile the indent console utility from source to use with BaCon on Android Linux. I attached the binary if you would like a formatted version of your C code to work with. Attachments:

If you wish to keep your BaCon current on Android Linux, you can use build 27 to create the C code for build 28 and compile it native on Android with C4droid.

Are there any plans to update the Ubuntu/Debian packages to build 27 on the main site? Thanks -John Hi John as regards Ubuntu , part of the requirements is correct packaging for each version of Ubuntu + needs a maintainer. possible best route will be to install debreate from sourceforge.net/projects/debreate/it be very easy to use , make the package , name your self as the maintainer , click make then install . Regards Alex

This would be a great tool for Ubuntu ARM. It seems the ARM distribution is in a state of limbo.
