User input without halting the loop.(solved)

Hi.

Atleast by looking names of keywords i was not solve this one. I have a simple loop and i need to follow does user press some key. Cant do this with INPUT due it halts program until enter is pressed.

Is there a way to do this with BaCon, or maybe with C code?

Probably you are looking for GETKEY?

This function returns the ASCII value right after the is key pressed, without waiting for the <return>-key.

grr...i ignored GETKEY since in previous dialect i used (FB) it did halt the program...
Well, ill promise to keep my line in future too
