BaconBLT - Bacon Line Tracker
Use it along side of BaconGUI or an editor program while working
on a bacon.src file.
Here is the blurb from the About section.
BaconBLT is an application to assist navigating through BaCon
source files. It navigates, locates and displays sections of
source code. Several tools are provided to accomplish this.
It is also an editor with basic functions such as select,
cut, paste and delete. In addition the keyboard keys Home,
End, Page UP and Page Down are functional.
- First up, (and a personal favorite), is the "a/b" switch.
Set "a" and "b" to the desired line numbers, then use the
"a/b" button to switch the display between those two sections
of code.
- LABELS - A list of the programs LABEL statements is generated.
Pick a LABEL from the Combobox and that section of code is
centered in the edit window. While the LABEL keywords original
intent was to be used as the target of GOTO and GOSUB, they
perform equally well as program "Bookmarks".
- SUBs & FUNCTIONS - Choose from the list of the programs SUBs and
FUNCTIONS to move to that section of code. Or simply refer to the
associated line number that's listed along with the SUB name.
- FIND - Click the "Find" button to enter search text. All
program lines containing the entered text will be listed in the
Search Combobox. Then select from the Search List combobox to
display that area of code. You can also choose whether the
search is case sensitive or not.
- Turn line numbering on or off with the "Line#" checkbox.
- Use the "Refresh" button to reload the current Bacon source
file. For example, after you've made edits in BaconGUI or editor,
and "SAVED" the changes. Then Refresh will update the display
by reloading the changed file.
