I am on a clean Manjaro RPI3 install
so I thought to test the gtk2 build
first run it detected my gtk3 and webkit and worked correctly

all is fine there it built and ran correctly

I tried again and installed
sudo pacman -S gtksourceview2

and it works now for gtk2!
