Apparently it is not allowed to use _FILE as the last part of a variable name. GLOBAL MAXLEN_UPLOAD_FILE result : Syntax error: missing TYPE keyword in DECLARE/GLOBAL at line 1 in file 'test.bac'! MAXLEN_UPLOAD_FILEE or MAXLEN_UPLOAD_FIL both work without declaring a TYPE though. Rik. PS . MAXLEN_UPLOAD_DIRECTORY also works.

Hi rikky, Thanks for reporting. The problem did not occur in the Shell version of BaCon. The check for using TYPE was far too strict. It is very old code which should have been removed already long time ago. It is fixed in the latest beta. BR, Peter
