I posted this recently in a separate thread but thought it also may be of some help to people if I created a new thread specifically for this topic. A few nights ago after really digging into Emscripten and WebAssembly I had the wild idea to find a way to compile BASIC to C to be used by Emscripten so I could code in BASIC for the web. To my surprise (and joy!) I found the thread linked above where it was already discussed 3 years ago. Using what I learned from the posts there I continued my trip down the rabbit hole until early this morning I put together a working barebones example for people interested in getting started themselves. It's licensed under the WTFPL since I borrowed from so many places (and that this is so fundamental it ought to be free use) so anybody can use it as a base for bigger projects. Heck, I would love that! Here is the link to the GitHub repository containing all you need to get started; instructions are included: github.com/matthewwiese/basic-to-c-wasm-exampleIf you have any ideas please don't hesitate to submit a pull request on the repo! Also, I can (hopefully) answer any questions you may have as well.

Do you maybe know if graphics and/or sound works as well in emscripten? That certainly is a good question. I know Emscripten supports WebGL but as to how BaCon could interface with that is beyond my personal knowledge.
