This is not a HUG/bacon problem or bug UPDATEI got past it with bacon -o -Wno-deprecated-declarations entry.bac
but we will have to port some gtk2 functions to gtk3 and I want to know if there is a to pass -Wno-deprecated-declarations using bacon at the command line because the code will compile without the headers the old way in HUG these errors are generated from the gtk3 headers -Wno-deprecated-declarations Do not warn about uses of functions, variables, and types marked as deprecated by using the deprecated attribute. developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkStyleContext.htmlThe way gtk3 does this is very different so I want to use the old functions if possible (then later port to the new functions later after some more testing) just trying first to get things to compile using what is predefined in the headers or is there a easy way around that function hard coding it just while testing Joe
