Hi vovchik,
Great! Of course it still is a beta package, so don't hesitate to mention problems.

Hey Peter What can I say another excellent job ! and we even get an autoconfig for beta testing Yes,I agree BaCon has matured a lot and it is more flexible and powerful and does things other basic languages can't do Note :For the lazy (or impatient) I uploaded the resulting deb that was produced unmodified compiled on debian LMDE 32 bit (linux mint debian version) sourceforge.net/projects/baconproto/files/prebuilt-binaries-beta/bacon_3.0-1_i386.deb/downloadPlease note this is still beta 2.5.5 when you run a version test You asked for any feedback here is an observation *One small detail in the config.log that the -lm option was getting repeated but everything works fine and it would get ignored by the compiler anyway Joe

Hi Alex, Well, eeehmmm.... no But I just tested it now, it sort of works, provided that the 'libbacon.a' archive also is compiled with TCC. Still it will complain about duplicate symbols, but TCC *does* create a binary which works. BR Peter (PS: FYI BaCon actually was tested with GCC, Compaq C Compiler and Clang.)

Clang:: clang clang

Thanks Alex! @all: the last package in the beta directory should be the final version. Please let me know if you still run into issues. Release date still is scheduled for May 1st, 2014. Regards Peter

Thanks Peter Dank U vel .. phonetic from Alex here is some food for thought , may be the reason BaCon is what it is , + possible why window's per say is not. Readers do not miss interpolate the meaning "not" , here I be talking about People , general public , no Capitals. Innovation >> full stop . Denied for to long. If you missed thisI would say if , I in the capitals Have bought a Product as in a Kettle to boil water , I as a Person should be allowed to boil Milk. Food For thought, boil Milk get Jailed , Ha, what has this world become. BR Alex
